Customer Care

At Selva Art Studio we try to meet our clients needsI’m a customer care section. Privacy & Safety

I’m a privacy & safety policy section. I’m a great place to inform your customers about how you use, store, and protect their personal information. Add details such as how you use third-party banking to verify payment, the way you collect data or when will you contact users after their purchase was completed successfully.


Your user’s privacy is of the highest importance to your business, so take the time to write an accurate and detailed policy. Use straightforward language to gain their trust and make sure they keep coming back to your site!

Payment Plan Policies:
Membership plans guarantee your child's spot in an art class for the period stated. Please inform us if you would like to change the day/time for future art classes and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Automatic Withdrawal:
When you register for the 3 Month/School Year Plan, you agree to have student fees withdrawn automatically from your bank account every month, on the same date of original registration. 
Emergency Cancellation for Entire Month:
In case of emergency (e.g. family sickness/other unforeseeable hardships) and the student cannot attend for a registered month, that month may be made up the next available month. We do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for missed days/vacations. Please inform us by email/phone if the child will not attend their paid month.
Discontinuing Membership:
You may discontinue your membership plan at any time but you will be asked to pay back all discounts associated with the membership plan that you are discontinuing.
