Kids birthday art parties
party overview
All students will leave with a party-themed painting as a keepsake to remember the party! Our two-hour birthday parties include:

Instructor-led painting project (first hour or so)

Parent-led candle & cake time (snacks, drinks or meals are welcome too)

Parent-led present time

If there’s extra time, the instructor can lead kids through games at the end!

Group photo!

Choose a project from our gallery or have a custom one made for a flat $50 fee​​

Price packages
Payment is due to secure party day + time

$215 for up to 8 students
-
$325 for up to 12 students and $10 per additional student

How the party day goes
Setup:
The instructor will be there 30 minutes before the set party start-time so you can set up decor, snacks, food, cake, etc! ​

Party Timeline:
The instructor will take over for the first hour. Parents can leave during this time if they want.
*If parents decide to stay, we ask that they agree to be quiet so that the kids can hear the instructions and stay focused.

First 10 minutes: Greetings

Next 50-60 minutes: Painting

Half way into the party: stop painting, clean up and get ready for cake, presents, etc. You/the parent can organize this part while the instructor cleans up art supplies.

20-30 minutes: Food, singing and cake time

20-30 minutes: Open presents

Finish with a group photo!
Cleanup:
Parent: You just worry about whatever you brought and the instructor will clean the rest!

Cancellation policy
If a party is canceled by the client (for any reason), Selva Art Studio will retain a $50.00 non-refundable deposit and refund the rest. Parties that are rescheduled within 3 months of the originally scheduled party date can apply the deposit towards payment of the party. Parties rescheduled after 3 months from the originally scheduled party date will forfeit the deposit.
If Selva Art Studio cancels a party for any reason, clients will be given the option to receive a credit or a full refund.
